Well, it’s hard to believe that Val, Bill, and I celebrated our 7th Year Anniversary! Thanks to everyone who helped and celebrated with us on Saturday!
Special thanks to our employees!! They’re the greatest. “G,” Roger, John, Shari, Roxi, Bill, and more have been with us from the beginning.

Sunday was our 6th Mr. Southbend King 2018 Pageant. Congratulations to our new king Austen Lee and 1st alternate, Frankie Synn and also to Victor D. Dillon. We are proud of all of you! Thanks to V-Master Chad Mr. Southbend King 2017 for a good year.
Monday we had our annual Cookout for Memorial Day!
Join Tamika Kansas and the un4gettables Saturday, June 2nd as they raise money for the Homeless Shelter.
Saturday, June 9th, “Let’s Get Cooking with Connie” Bake Beans Cookoff Contest at 3 pm, 3 prizes awarded!!
I had a truly wonderful experience at Kaleidoscope Youth Center. It was my first meeting with them. I went to tell my story, but I wanted more to hear their story, WOW! What special wonderful youths they all are. I will be meeting with them again on June 26th.
I have accomplished almost everything I wanted to in my life, and then some. The one thing I always wanted was children. Sometimes Things happen differently than we expect them.
I will close, for now, leaving you with this last thought: Always believe in yourself & never stop accomplishing your dreams!
